Complaints procedure

The Trust is currently reviewing its Complaints Procedure. This review includes the addition of specific information about how data protection complaints are handled. The revised procedure will be presented to Trustees for approval shortly. In the meantime, the Trust’s Privacy Notices have been updated to provide clear information about how individuals can raise concerns about the handling of their personal data, including how to contact the Trust’s Data Protection Lead and the right to raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
